Because many of our items are custom-made, or produced specifically for school, team sports, or a business, customized are personalized items are NOT eligible for a return or exchange unless there is an error or defect.

BLANK / NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

Unused, unworn, non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us before returning anything.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

SIZING

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. For custom, school, teams, and business store items we cannot guarantee exchanges for these incorrect sizes once the item has been decorated.
